Hidden Treasures – Fremantle Winter Music Series Returns
Hidden Treasure Winter Music Series is returning and we though we’d give you plenty of warning about this as it was crazy popular last year and many venues were turning people away at the door. The highlight for us was San Cisco in the Buffalo Club it was just brilliant.
This year the heritage listed 19th century old Fremantle Boys’ School (now known as FTI) will be transformed into Fremantle’s hidden treasure.
Mark the 19th & 20th and 26th & 27th of July in your diary.
The line-up includes… Kim Salmon, Rooster Police, Richard Lane and friends, Kate Kelly and Pete Stone’s behemoth new band The Trophy Wives, Dianas, Edie Green, Ensemble Formidable, Amani Consort, Gunns, Greyjoy, Funilin Gus, Tim Gordon, The Justin Walshe Folk Machine and The Morning Night will be playing at exciting themed nights including Freo House Party, Back To Cool, The New School Sirens and Teachers Favourites’.
Local Fremantle station, Pirate 88 FM, will be covering the Hidden Treasures gigs and interviewing the acts. The footage will be podcast and available via the Pirate 88 Facebook page.
