Last Friday we went to the Kingbrown exhibition at the newly opened Butcher Shop. As you can see from the photos it was a roaring success LOADS of people showed up to hang out and have a look at the etched beer bottles.

The place was so full that people spilled out on to the footpath outside, which was not a problem until the police arrived with angry faces and insisted everyone step back inside with their plastic cups of wine or else there’d be $10,000 fines laid down. Bit of a dampener on the fun atmosphere the evening had created. However the crowd took it in their stride and respectfully left their beverages at the door while they headed outside for a bit of space/chat or cigarette.
