8th Bohemia Outdoor Film Festival

Freo’s outdoor film festival is here again. Personally I’ll be going to see Zombieland and the short film competition called “Bohemia Shorts”. The latter showcases five short films all shot in here in Fremantle, it’ll be interesting to see Freo up on the big screen.

The festival runs from the 4th to 21st of February and the full listings are on the Bohemian Nights webpage.

Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights
Tickets will be sold at the door and online.

Adult $14/ $15
Concession $12/ $13
FTI Members $10/ $11
Kids (5 – 12 years) $7/ $8

Gates open at 6:30pm with screenings starting at 7:30pm.

  1. This image is from The Paper Tale screening at Nick Shorts Family Night plus Ponyo. The filmmakers worked in 3D and they are based in WA. The film is one of six short animations, created by some of WA’s finest emerging animators, screening at the Bohemia Outdoor Cinema. On the night, viewers will be treated to a selection of very different stories and styles which includes; stop motion claymation, highly original 3D artistry, a superhero parody, and brilliantly coloured stories capturing a child’s perspective.
